Behavior amongst children with special needs
Posted by:Hello Parents,
I would like to have an open discussion (only if you feel comfortable joining, otherwise you can just read the discussion posts) about what might be some antecedents of your child's various behaviors. For example, your child might climb on the counter to reach some candy that is in a kitchen cabinet. One of the obvious reasons for this behavior, is likely to be that your child is hungry. So try to be open about your child's behavior and add to the discussion by jotting down some reasons why you think the behavior occured as well as how you can prevent the behavior from happeing in the future. Looking forward to sharing!
