    Equitable access to technology and internet service for each student is a priority for the East Ramapo Central School District. Each year the New York State Education Department surveys parents and guardians regarding computing devices and high-speed internet access at home for each child in their household.

    On September 21st, our East Ramapo Assistant Principals (APs) gathered at the Central Administration building to plan, prepare, collaborate and swap ideas. In lockstep with their District Principals, they start with the year-long intentions and carefully lay down the plan to build their school's path to success.

  • Board of Education Public Hearing Amendments to the Long Term Strategic Academic Plan & Fiscal Plan (LTSAFP) & Regular Meeting,

    7:30 p.m., Monday, October 3, 2022 

    The meeting will be held at 105 South Madison Ave., Spring Valley, NY 10977

    PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Education will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, October 3, 2022, at 7:30 p.m. Immediately following the conclusion of the Public Hearing, the Board of Education will hold a Regular meeting at which it will consider all matters lawfully coming before the Board. It is anticipated that the Board may enter an executive session to discuss matters lawfully to be so considered. 

    In accordance with CDC and NYS Department of Health recommendations, in its continued, ongoing effort to curtail the spread of Covid-19 and provide a safe environment, masking and social distancing rules in effect for schools will be followed. Masks are not required.  The Board meeting will also be streamed live on YouTube to facilitate ease of viewing for those who are not able to attend in person. The public will be required to fill in Covid contract tracking sheets in case of Covid cases following the meeting. Masks will be available at the door for anyone who wants one but does not have one.

  • QR Code Access ERCSD Board Meeting Agenda

    The District is working to recognize more ways to be conscientious of, and practice sustainability. Reducing paper usage can help us help the environment and reduce our carbon footprint.  The Board is transitioning to phasing out paper handouts at Board meetings and substituting them with electronic access to the agenda and supporting documents.
