Ms. M. Jackson, Interim Assistant Principal

After 18 years at Spring Valley High School, I am excited to become a part of the Administrative team as the Assistant Principal for Organization.   As a teacher, I have enjoyed working with students and my colleagues to inspire learning.   My past responsibilities serving as a Dean of Discipline, Academy Leader and Class Advisor have allowed me opportunities to provide support to our children as well as to contribute to program improvement.  My most recent roles as the Yearbook and Photography Advisor gave me a wonderful view into the heart of our sports teams, clubs and student activities. I am a committed “Tiger Fan.”  From these experiences, I have been able to build relationships with staff, students, administration, parents and community members.  I pride myself on fostering a community where personal growth is a priority, one that builds the foundation for each child’s successes intellectually, physically and mentally.

In my position as Assistant Principal at Spring Valley High School, I welcome the opportunity to work with you and the Spring Valley Community to contribute to our district’s mission of supporting the whole child.
