Health is the condition of a person's body, mind and relationships. Physical health is the condition of a person's body. Mental Health is the condition of a person's mind and emotions. Social health is the condition of a person's relationships.
It is the philosophy of the Chestnut Ridge Middle School Health Education Department to educate and empower students in health. A positive holistic approach will help students to connect the effects of one area of health with their overall health and wellness.
