Welcome to Mrs. Quinones's Reading Class!

This is my fourth year at Eldorado Intermediate School and I really enjoy coming to work each day. I feel so fortunate to have the opportunity to work with not only supportive, knowledgeable, and friendly collegues, but also with extraordinary students. My reading groups are small, usually no more than 6-7 students. I meet with my students 3-4 times a week for 40 minutes. Student success is my priorty. Success looks differently for each one of my students, hence why mini assessments and progress monitoring occurs frequently, as results are used to guide instruction. In order for my students to be successful learners, we focus on vocabulary, fluency, comprehension, and writing.
